La gamme posologique d'Aztréonam est de 1 à 8 g par jour en doses également divisées. La dose habituelle est de 3 à 4 g par jour. La dose maximale recommandée est de 8 g par jour. La posologie et la voie d'administration doivent être déterminées en fonction de la sensibilité des germes responsables, de la gravité de l'infection et de l'état du patient.

1 Because of the serious nature of infections due to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a dose of 2 g every 6 or 8 hours is recommended, at least for initial therapy in systemic infections caused by this organism. |
